Benetton publicly posts all of the answers to the questions I usually ask companies. From their website:
Work, environment, health and safety in the supply chain
Benetton Group is committed to the promotion and respect of human rights and the environment.
The Benetton Group Code of Conduct is applied to all suppliers and subcontractors, and to anyone who wishes to work with the Group. This Code of Conduct is based on respect for human rights and protection of the environment
Included in their post is a detailed code of conduct and additional information on their plan to phase out dangerous chemicals. They list 30 companies that are part of their supply chain and were subject to chemical and environmental inspections in 2013. It appears the page has been updated in the last couple of years. I will follow up with Benetton and look into an update.
